I DIDN’T GET MY PASS OR TICKET?
If you didn’t get your ticket, you can email us at [email protected] and we can resend you your ticket. Before you email us, please check your junk/spam filters and/or folders. Many times, those emails are showing up there instead of your inbox.
I HAVE MY PASS AND/OR TICKET NOW WHAT?
You will need to bring your ticket and a current and unexpired government ID. Once we scan your ticket, we will provide you a wristband that gives you access to the venue. Please note that all venues require current and unexpired government IDs per DC Law.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY PASSES/TICKETS?
You can pick up your passes and/or tickets at the times below and at each individual event. WE RECOMMEND YOU PICK UP YOUR PASSES AND/OR TICKETS at the pre-festival ticket pick up. Since many of the venues are too small to accommodate both a Box Office Line and Purchase Line…you may end up waiting on the Purchase Line. There won’t be any skip the line if you haven’t already picked up your pass or ticket.

WHAT IF I CAN”T PICK UP MY PASSES AND/OR TICKETS
You can pick up your tickets and passes at each event. Every event will have a box office, BUT AGAIN, WE RECOMMEND PICKING UP YOUR PASSES AND/OR TICKETS early in order to avoid long lines. If you want someone to pick up your tickets and/or passes, we would need their name and email no later than Wednesday, 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time). Any requests after this deadline can’t be honored since we will be onsite.
I BOUGHT PASSES AND/OR TICKETS FOR MY FRIENDS AND MYSELF, I CAN LEAVE THEIR TICKETS WITH YOU?
Unfortunately, the buy or someone they designated would need to pick up all the wristbands. None can be left behind.
WHAT IF I LOOSE MY WRISTBANDS?
Treat your wristband as cash. Wristband can only be replaced with the damaged one.

FOR PATRONS WHO REQUESTED A PARTIAL REFUND OR HAD THEIR TICKETS ROLLED OVER: I CHOSE TO TRANSFER MY TICKET: If you chose to transfer your ticket to our 2022 event or didn’t inform us with your decision to rollover or request a refund and was rolled over by default. You will be sent a promo code via email shortly to repurchase your original pass, at check out, applying the assigned promo code it will zero out the cost of the original purchased exact pass. You now have successfully rolled over your ticket to CHERRY 25th Annviersary Weekend (April 7-11, 2022) on the TicketLeap platform from Eventbrite. This promotional code is a one-use code on your tickets to 2022.
I OPTED FOR THE REFUND PERCENTAGE: If you requested to be refunded a percentage of your original purchase, you will receive a promotional code via email shortly. This promotional discount will allow you to re-purchase your original pass purchased on TicketLeap at the price you were refunded back in 2019/2020 on Eventbrite on exact ticket type only. This promotional code will only work once to repurchase your tickets on TicketLeap. The codes must be used by March 31st, 12 Midnight (Eastern Standard Time)
